BFR, Big Falcon Rocket, SpaceX's new challenge / o novo desafio da SpaceX.

Although the launch of the Falcon Heavy was a success, the difficulties in homologation of this rocket and the Dragon spaceship by NASA for manned missions led SpaceX to accelerate the development of the monstrous BFR. That is, the Heavy Falcon did not come to stay and unless the BFR proves to be a step bigger than the legs and Elon Musk has to put it aside.
According to the latest news, the construction of the future transport spaceship has already begun and the company is already planning to start testing it during the next year, but the size of the project and the technological challenges that it presents could delay this process.
Either way, Elon Musk and SpaceX have already given to the world a perspective on what might be their future space transportation system.

Apesar de o lançamento do Falcon Heavy ter sido um sucesso, as dificuldades na homologação deste foguetão e da nave Dragon por parte da Nasa, para missões tripuladas, levou a SpaceX a acelerar o desenvolvimento do monstruoso BFR. Isto é, o Falcon Heavy não veio para ficar e a não ser que que o BFR se revele um passo maior do que as pernas e Elon Musk tenha que o pôr de lado.
Segundo as últimas notícias, a construção da futura nave de transporte já começou e a empresa já pensa em começar testes durante o próximo ano, mas a dimensão do projecto e os desafios tecnológicos que apresenta, poderá atrasar todo este processo.
De qual quer modo, Elon Musk e a SpaceX já deram ao mundo uma perspectiva do que poderá ser o seu futuro sistema de transporte espacial.

Apparently, the cause of the launch interruption was the same as happened in October 2017. The last rocket support tower was not released and did not allow the ignition of the engines.

Aparentemente, a causa da interrupção do lançamento terá sido a mesma que aconteceu em Outubro de 2017. A última torre de apoio ao foguetão não se soltou e não permitiu a ignição dos motores.

The normal route takes more than two days ...

No dia 11 de Fevereiro, a Rússia vai lançar um foguetão Soyuz 2 de Baikonur, com uma nave de carga Progress MS-08 que deverá chegar à estação espacial em apenas 3 horas e 26 minutos.
A rota normal demora mais de dois dias...

Deimos Sky Survey, a watchful eye in the sky / um olhar atento no céu

The Deimos Sky Survey (DeSS) is an observatory located in Spain for the detection and surveillance of Near Earth Objects ( NEOs), whether natural like asteroids or human-made objects such as satellites and debris.
The three telescopes permanently monitor the sky and are controlled at a distance from the control center of Elecnor Deimos Castilla La Mancha in Puertollano
