Boeing CST-100 Starliner, poderá voar em 2018 / can fly in 2018.

A Boeing, grande rival da SpaceX, poderá lançar a nova nave Starliner sem passageiros, em modo automático, em 2018. Em 2019, se não houver mais adiamentos, a nave deverá transportar uma tripulação e a partir daí deverá proceder ao transporte regular de astronautas da Nasa para a estação espacial e eventualmente poderá fazê-lo para outros clientes.
A Starliner será lançada a bordo de um foguetão Atlas V da United Launch Alliance (ULA) outro grande rival da empresa de Elon Musk.
