SLIM landing on the Moon / a pousar na Lua.

Landing on the surface of another planet is a complicated and delicate procedure.
For a landing, the target zone has to be very well studied to avoid very rough surfaces, with big rocky obstacles or holes that can cause a great instability or fall of the exploration modules.
The SLIM (Smart Lander for Investigating the Moon) is a JAXA project to develop a small, highly miniaturized lunar module with high observation and surface analysis capabilities that allows it to choose where it wants to go, avoid obstacles that threaten their integrity, and advanced damping systems to minimize the impact on instruments on board.
SLIM is an extremely interesting project whose technology will undoubtedly be very useful in future solar system exploration missions that include a landing module, helping the spaceships to quickly choose landing solutions without human intervention.

A aterragem na superfície de outro planeta é um procedimento complicado e delicado.
Para uma alunagem, a zona de pouso tem que ser muito bem estudada para evitar superfícies muito acidentadas, com grandes obstáculos rochosos ou buracos que possam provocar uma grande instabilidade ou queda dos módulos de exploração.
O SLIM (Smart Lander for Investigating the Moon) é um projecto da JAXA para desenvolver um pequeno módulo lunar, altamente miniaturizado mas com grandes capacidades de observação e análise da superfície que lhe permitam escolher o local onde quer pousar, evitar obstáculos que ponham em causa a sua integridade, e com sistemas avançados de amortecimento para minimizar o impacto nos instrumentos a bordo.
O SLIM é um projecto extremamente interessante, cuja tecnologia será sem dúvida muito útil em futuras missões de exploração do sistema solar que incluam um módulo de pouso, ajudando as naves a escolherem rápídamente soluções de aterragem sem a intervenção humana.
