The Stratolaunch is a giant airplane, with two fuselages united by the biggest wing of the world and six engines Pratt & Whitney PW4056 equal to those that equip the Boeing 747.
Is the realization of the dream of the american billionaire Paul G. Allen, who was co-founder of Microsoft along with Bill Gates.

The Stratolaunch, already started to be tested in the ground, with maneuvers in the taxiway, which will follow tests in runway and later, until the end of this decade, flight tests.

O Stratolaunch, já começou a ser testado no solo, com manobras nos taxiway, a que se seguirão testes em pista e posteriormente, até ao final desta década, testes em pista e por fim no ar.
Em princípio irá lançar o Pegasus XL da Orbital ATK para colocar satélites em órbitas baixas, mas também é possível que a empresa acabe por desenvolver um foguetão próprio, mais adaptado as suas necessidades.
